DIGITAL PROPERTY PORTFOLIO


This digital home listing guide was created to communicate the offerings of this custom-built ranch property to potential buyers. Since this was a luxury listing, it was important that the guide accurately represented the property’s prestige through typography, art style, and overall design in order to translate its value to potential buyers.

The project emphasizes a balance between clarity and an engaging art style, creating a refined reading experience that aligns with the profile of buyer the property is likely to attract.


SOCIAL MEDIA ADVERTISEMENT


To advertise the listing, I utilized many of the assets I had created for the listing guide. Using the same visual style, I created a social media carousel that matched the property: elevated yet minimal.


EMAIL DESIGN


I applied the visual identity I had created for the listing to another channel: email. This format required more information than a social post, but had to be fully visual (no caption), and had to list the most important content above the fold, similar to a website landing page.

Another key challenge was to represent the property well but condense the content so that it finished before viewers’ attention spans ran out. Despite the lack of photos, I was able to communicate the property’s value through typography and a consistent visual style that matched the home.


IN-HOME SIGN


To complete the suite, I designed a sign to be placed in the home directing to the digital listing guide. As with ads and landing pages, I ensured the visual language and elements were identical to create clarity, as well as an elevated feel.


BROCHURES


Attached is an example of what the physical marketing materials look like. This real estate brochure is simple, clear, and understandable. I utilized layout, typography, and iconography to communicate essential information and stay on-brand.
